Please note Baby Beau & Co turnaround is 2-6 weeks once purchasing your item.
All Baby Beau & Co Customers will receive an email or text message once your order has been shipped. We use Royal Mail Delivery Service.
All Baby Beau & Co Orders placed outside the UK may be liable to pay additional import duties and taxes upon arrival. These taxes are not included when purchasing and are the customers own responsibility.
Products ordered may go out of stock with our wholesaler if any products ordered go out of stock a refund will be made within 48 hours of purchasing.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds at this stage but please see our exchange policy below.

Exchange Policy

Baby Beau & Co offers exchanges up to 7 days of receiving your item. We offer a full exchange however our return postage is paid for by the customer (we recommend obtaining proof of postage until your exchange has been processed). If you need to exchange your item please send us an email at babybeauandco@outlook.com. All items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving items in a new and unused condition to allow a full exchange.
